About the course
The European Commission has approved the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). This regulation requires companies to report on the environmental and social impact of business activities, and to have this information reviewed by an external auditor
Who does the CSRD apply to? What obligations apply under the CSRD? And how do you prepare your organization and ensure that you are and remain compliant quickly through good data drive? In this practice-oriented training we address three important questions, all seen from the expertise of (inter)national external reporting. After the training you will be well prepared to get started with CSRD.
Learning objective
The aim of this training is primarily to increase awareness, transfer knowledge, and provide insight into the practical applicability of data-driven organizing to comply with the CSRD guidelines.
In addition, this training allows you to develop a vision for a durable, digital and decentral future. You will learn how to develop a sustainability strategy, measuring instruments and KPIs and (re)organize data processes that reduce complexity, bureaucracy, costs and lead times and improve quality. When you organize CSRD properly, it provides advantages compared to competitors who still organize non-financial accounting in the traditional way.
• Prepare to get started with CSRD
• Discover the impact of the new regulations on you and your organization, for example the greenhouse emissions protocol
• Contribute effectively to your organization’s sustainability reporting, recognizing the risks and seizing the opportunities
